Role Overview & Responsibilities

HRS Rail Ltd is a specialist civils and construction company providing various services to the railway industry, including vegetation management, brickwork, culverts, tunnels, drainage, handrails, preparation and painting structures, decking repairs/replacement, steelwork repairs/refurbishment, wheel timber installations, and emergency response. We are currently seeking a PTS Steelworker to join our team.

We are currently seeking PTS Labourers to join our growing team as our contracts expand further across the South East.

Responsibilities may include-

· Site preparation – preparing the site for works. May include clearing debris, setting up operational sites, ensuring the site is clear of any hazards and setting up any welfare areas as instructed.

· Assisting with site works include but are not limited to tasks such as clearing vegetation, assisting with steelwork repairs, wheeltimber installations, painting preparation etc.

· Assisting with the transportation of materials and plant to job sites and the company yard as required.

Required from you-

· You must be a resident of the South East of England, as our works are largely carried out within this region.

· A full clean UK driving licence.

· A valid PTS card.

· The ability to work across days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.

· Advantageous qualifications – COSS, SSST, SMSTS, PASMA, IPAF, Small Tools, Temporary Works Coordinator/Coordinator, First Aid, Emergency First Aid, Street Works, Track Trolley, Fire Marshall.

Please note our office is located in Lydd, Kent therefore it will be a requirement for you to visit our office on occasions.
