Floor Supervisor (Only Weekends)

As a floor supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a busy housekeeping department, working as part of a team to provide the very best service to our clients and their guests.

Your duties will include:

• Working in a fast paced high energy environment and checking quality of rooms
• Organising staff rotas
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the head housekeeper
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
• Maintaining the standards set by Hotelcare and our client at all times
• Meeting daily targets
• Complying with all company health and safety, policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
