Hotel Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill, a 49 bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of City of London, located close to the Tower of London and nearby transport links.
We are looking for a friendly, approachable receptionist with a passion to work in the industry.

The key duties include:
Performing check ins and check outs efficiently in a courteous manner
Assisting guests with their inquiries about the hotel facilities and general queries
Answering telephones and taking messages
Assisting with reservation inquiries over the phone, email and in person

Previous experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. Knowledge of Opera PMS would be advantageous.
