Role Overview & Responsibilities

Holtwhites Hotel, located in Enfield, is looking for a part-time receptionist.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, polite, well presented, honest, and flexible.

The candidate must be able to work bank holidays, nights, and weekends.

Your duties will include:

• Receptionist duties
• Operating hotel computer booking system
• Dealing with checking in and checking out of guests
• Taking bookings
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Ensuring hotel security
• Dealing with inquiries
• Ensure hotel cleanliness
• Dealing with and resolving issues
• Liaison with the maintenance team
• Supporting hotel management

Experience and skills required:

• Ideally hotel and/or receptionist experience
• Communication skills
• Ability to use initiative to resolve issues
• Ability to multitasking
• Ability to lone work
