The Holiday Inn Hotel Bolton is a recently refurbished City Centre hotel.

We are currently recruiting an experienced full time hotel receptionist to join the team.

The role:

• meeting and greeting our guests, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires
• working as part of the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations
• ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• a positive attitude
• excellent communication skills
• previous hotel reception experience
• experience of front office systems, Microsoft office
• excellent attention to detail
• commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Shifts will include early mornings, late nights, weekends & bank holidays.
