Location: Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Four on Four off basis, 12-hour shifts

Salary: Competitive

The Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Worker to join our team. As a Night Shift Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during the night hours, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
• Respond to any emergency situations and take appropriate action
• Monitor the CCTV system and report any suspicious activity or behaviour
• Provide excellent customer service to guests who require assistance during the night
• Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Night Manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must be able to work night shifts on a four on four off basis, 12-hour shifts
