Cafe Assistant (Monday - Friday)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Cafe Assistant to work Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 15:00.

You will be working within the newly refurbished Clock Tower Cafe & Bistro at Holiday Inn Kenilworth.

Duties to include:

- Offering great customer service.

- Making hot beverages using our Barista machine - steaming / frothing milk.

- Following Starbucks drink specifications ensuring our customers consistency receive the perfect drink.

- Upselling Starbucks food items - brownies, cakes etc.

- Signing customers up to our Loyalty card scheme - buy 6 coffees, get 1 free.

- When a customer departs a table, clear it down and wipe it ready for the next Guest.

Customer service experience essential. Barista experience preferred however not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour

Experience:
