HillMagee is a London-based, high-end residential renovation company looking for a new member to join the team. You will have experience working in a small group, assisting the Project Managers in overseeing the renovations from concept to completion. We’re looking for a talented person with ambition and a passion for design who can grow into the role and develop the necessary skills to become a valuable full time team member.

T H E - R O L E

• Supporting the office team with their admin workload and daily tasks, lending a helping hand where possible to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Liaising with suppliers for samples, pricing and following up on lead times.
• Have a strong creative flair and passion for design.
• Connect with new and innovative suppliers/manufacturers.
• Keep up to date with current and future trends.
• Assisting the production of 2D and 3D CAD drawings, graphic presentations and renderings for client presentations.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S - & - S K I L L S

• 1 year experience desirable.
• Competent computer skills, use of Adobe suite, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Vectorworks is beneficial.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Good time management and planning skills.
• Organised – able to effectively manage their own projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• A natural three-dimensional understanding.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
