Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hereford Contract Canning, currently employs over 140 staff in Hereford . HCC is a rapidly growing contract canner of leading drinks brands which has recently undergone significant investment over the last two years.

The future plans include continued investment, acquisition of new customers and growth of existing business.

We are seeking a multi-skilled packaging operators who is willing to be flexible and work a 3 x 8hr shift pattern on a three week rotation 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am.

Working as part of a team of Operators, who are responsible for the efficient operation and quality of the products packed on a beverage canning line.

Role Description

• Safely operate all types of machinery and equipment in the packaging hall.
• Undertake Product and can size changeovers to standard operating procedures.
• Undertake basic maintenance of the equipment
• Undertake Quality Control checks on the packaging line to ensure the product conforms to all Quality and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£27,900.00 per year
