Live-out Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Housekeeper

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Large private household has a vacancy for a live-out Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Housekeeper

• 5 days per week, to include some weekend working
• 45 hour working week - 1 hour break per day
• Car driver and owner
• £ 43,000 - £ 45,000 gross p.a
• Start date March/April

Job requirements: (This list is not exhaustive)

• Cleaning and basic maintenance of all exterior outbuilding's and secondary accommodation
• Cleaning and laying of all fires, bringing in logs
• Changing light bulbs
• High dusting
• Errands and shopping
• Clearing gutters
• Sweeping and cleaning patio areas
• Care of garden furniture
• Care of family pets

Essential requirements:

• Relevant employed experience working for a large private household or estate in a similar job role
• Excellent references
• DBS check
• Non smoker
• Physically fit and active
• Cheerful disposition
• Dependable and reliable
• High standards of housekeeping
• Good attention to detail
• Team player
• Can do attitude
• Live locally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £43,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Henley on Thames, RG9 4BW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance/Housekeeper: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
