Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Caldicot

The Role:

As a Live In Care Team Manager, you will manage a small team of Care Coordinators, monitor the delivery of a high-quality care service and be responsible for the deployment and management of all our Live-In Carers. You will ensure that an exceptional and consistent service is offered to our customers while supporting managers out in the field.

A big part of this role is the line management of our Care Coordinators to ensure that they are managing a carer portfolio, carer availability and matching customer and carer requirements. You will have the opportunity to partner with the Senior Management team across the whole of the region and make a real impact day to day.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day running of the office team
  • Manage customer and carer queries and action effectively and efficiently
  • Manage all new customer packages
  • Manage and maintain customer and carer files
  • Lead on the Recruitment of Live in Carers across the region

The working environment is fast-paced and requires individuals that are driven, motivated, have strong customer service skills and can influence others. You will have experience of people management, customer care, handling complaints and problem solving and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Weekend Rota is with the team that you get an extra payment for each day worked.

Office base Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

On-call working from home 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday or Sunday with extra payment made.
