The Department and of the Role

The main role of this position is to manage, control and prioritise the process of all WIS sales orders from receipt to final dispatch to the customer. It will involve liaising with other departments as required to gain the information needed to achieve delivery on time. The selected candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement around site to improve machine reliability and safety.

Essential Skills & Experience

· Co-ordinating and processing customer orders and liaising with customers on a daily basis

· Raising of new weaving and finishing orders, and the subsequent management of necessary production planning functions to achieve delivery on time.

· Numeracy skills are essential to provide accurate calculation of quotations to customers.

· Managing the administrative work necessary for all customer complaints and concessions.

· Dealing with credit control enquiries as appropriate.

· Creating monthly sales forecasts for the WIS sales teams to aid with the sales management function.

· Suitable Microsoft Suite experience including Word and Excel to produce reports for the WIS team ie. stock status, sales analysis, cost analysis and market research information.
