Personal Care / Home Care Assistant

I am looking for a Personal Care / Home Care Assistant to join my support team. Ideally you will have experience of supporting someone with a learning, mental and physical disabilities and promoting independence.

My conditions have a big impact on my overall health and I need support with managing my personal care, healthcare and daily living needs each day.

I enjoy baking, cooking, sensory activities and accessing the community.

You will receive:

• £11.00 per hour
• A pension if eligible
• 5.6 weeks per year pro rata annual leave
• Full certificated training on all aspects of the role

Hours available:

• Both part time and full time roles available, day and night shifts available, to be discussed at interview stage.
• There is the opportunity to work additional hours on occasions in relation to holidays and sickness.

What’s Required:

• Provide assistance with all aspects of personal care, washing hair and dressing
• A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility in working hours essential, as support is required over a 24/7 period
• An enhanced DBS check, the cost will be met by the Employer
