Job summary
We are looking for a professional, proactive member to join our team in leading primary care governance in Jersey, you will be responsible for leading the day to-day governance of primary care and for developing, agreeing and monitoring
key performance metrics for a range of primary care professionals to ensure
consistency, high standards and best practice across of primary care services.
You will be responsible for a small team and directly report to the senior responsible officer for primary care.
