Role Overview & Responsibilities

Treforrest industrial estate post office is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to provide a good Customer Service. If you enjoy working in a busy environment where you meet different customers every day and have good focus this is a good opportunity for you.

As a customer service advisor, your day-to-day duties would include:

• selling financial products and services to meet targets

• selling stamps and dealing with letters and parcels

• accepting bill payments

• dealing with vehicle registrations

• Digital and paper passport application

• selling travel insurance and foreign currency

• making sure the books balance at the end of the day.

In a main post office and the retail side (shop) you have be involved in selling and advising customers on a wider range of products.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 26 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pontypridd: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
