Multi-award-winning housebuilder Hayfield, crowned Housebuilder of the year at the Whathouse? Awards 2021, is expanding its Sales Advisory team to support our growing portfolio of development sites.

Hayfield focuses on delivering prestigious residential sites in aspirational locations. As a Sales Advisor, you will be integral in:

• Delivering home demonstrations
• Overseeing sales through to the completion process
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Developing a strong relationship with onsite teams to ensure our customer journey meets our exacting standards
• Communicating regularly with our house purchases and the sales management team

If you have a strong customer service ethos, can demonstrate a good understanding of the housing market and have a proven track record of sales in residential property we would love to hear from you.

Please note you must be available to work on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.

Based at our Bromham site, you will be expected to travel to our other sites and office on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
