Role Overview & Responsibilities

Harvey's Bar/Kitchen has a simple aim of providing guests with great food and drink, served by great people. A fast growing casual dining group with a relaxed and fun working ethos.

We're looking for bar staff who are passionate and inspired by the creative nature of the bar industry. The right candidate will have a passion for food and drink, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and have evenings / weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

• Keep bar stocked and clean.
• Handle customer orders.
• Adhere to bar policies and procedures.
• Prepare mixed drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Answer food and beverage questions.
• Prepare cocktails according to a recipe or standard procedure.
• Plan, organise, and control the flow of work within the bar.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• Greet customers.
• Handle payment transactions.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
