Role Overview & Responsibilities
HARBWR Tap & Kitchen is a busy pub in the heart of Tenby. We're based just a stones throw from Tenby harbour. This is great opportunity for someone in the local area, or looking to relocate to Pembrokeshire.
We're reruiting for someone to lead a well established team. Demand fluctuates with seasonal demand. The Tap & Kitchen is part of the HARBWR Group, which revolves around HARBWR Brewery, and also has another 3 venues in Tenby and Saundersfoot.
The exciting role of Bar Manger has become available and the right candidate will already have experience managing a busy venue and will have the enthusiasm and drive the business forward.
The role will include all general management duties.
- Team training
- Stock ordering
- Rota management
- Cellar management
- Be familiar with till programming
- System compliance
- ETC
But mainly be able to lead a strong team in a fun but productive manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Β£39,000.00 per year
