Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job brief

We are looking for enthusiastic team member to join our kitchen Team to provide an excellent guest drinking & dining experience. Good team will be able to create a welcoming environment and exceed customers’ needs and expectations.

We are not your normal kitchen! we are all things BBQ & Smokehouse. Our new menu launches the end of May & its exciting to be able to offer great BBQ all year round.

We need a passion for food, and a get up and go. We don't need experience but it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bar snacks and main meals
• Adhere to food safety
• Assess customers’ needs and present ideas for new meals on the menu and specials
• Restock and replenish kitchen inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Requirements

• CV (including proven working experience is a bonus)
• Excellent knowledge of food
• work well as a team as well as lone working
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must
• Ability to keep the kitchen organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training will be given

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
