We are currently recruiting for a casual Spa Receptionist for Rookery Hall Hotel, Nantwich, Cheshire.

Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4 Red Star Hotel with 70 bedrooms, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and a variety of conference and event facilities. The Spa and health club has a stunning swimming pool, spa pool area, eight treatment rooms, the amber relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped gym.

About the role:

• 
  This is a casual role working variable hours as required. This role involves working a variety of shifts between 6am and 10pm.
• Early shifts - 06.00am – 2.30pm
• Late shifts – 01.30pm -10.00pm
• This is on a rota basis and includes weekends which are again shared on a rota basis.

About you:

• You’ll ideally have previous experience in a similar environment and role in a spa or leisure club or as receptionist.
• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
• You’ll be passionate about making our guests feel at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel products and services including the spa.
• You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with new and returning guests.
• You’ll take pride in your appearance, as the face of Hand Picked Hotel.
