Property Manager Assistant - Turkish Speaking

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Inspecting the property and apartments to maintain the quality and keep standards high
• Maintain accurate records of property-related documentation and correspondence.
• Keep on top of any large maintenance works
• Switchover services for utilities when contracts come up for renewal
• Scheduling site inspections and completing property checks

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
• Excellent telephone manner
• You will have keen attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• If you have a background in or any knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics and maintenance, that would be beneficial
• Excellent PC, typing and communications skills
• A flexible, friendly, professional and helpful attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
