Role Overview & Responsibilities

Based in London, Guardian HR is a growing, forward looking business that offers its employees career development and a fast-paced, collegial, working environment.

We offer recruitment services designed to meet our client’s business needs. From planning, all the way through to onboarding and induction, we strive to support clients to the whole recruitment process.

We’re looking for a HR Administration to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating HR documents and employee records
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Answering HR-related queries/employee queries
  • Monitoring HR metrics and creating regular reports
  • Maintaining all documents related to personnel administration - new hires, leavers, absence
  • Administration of personnel files in compliance with the company policies and UK legislation
  • Supporting recruitment process; Proactively search, attract and shortlist candidates using all necessary tools available including online job boards.
  • Supervising the onboarding / off boarding process
  • Liaising with the payroll and finance department for monthly salary operations
  • Collecting relevant employee information
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Coordinating expo operations with travel department, flights, accommodations, etc.
  • General tasks in support of the HR department

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Turkish is a plus
  • +2 years recruitment or HR experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong MS office skills including outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • HR Administration experience is a plus
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential subject matter with integrity and professionalism
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Position located in London and it isn’t suitable for remote working
  • Having a right to work in the UK is essential
