Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a family run arable farm based near Epping in Essex seeking a hard working committed individual to join our team on a full time basis.

You will need to have experience working in a farm environment and be fully competent and experienced in operating tractors and other agricultural machinery.

You should enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, have a willingness to do hard, physical manual work as well as a good knowledge and practical skills in using various farm machines and equipment. You should have the necessary skills and experience for ploughing, drilling seeds, spreading fertilisers, spraying crops amongst much more.

Ideally you will have experience carrying out services and repairs on tractors and other machines as required. The nature of the role also requires the ability to work on your own for long periods.

In return for the right hard working and skilled operative you will join a small team operating modern and highly technical equipment, you will assist with planning and will continue to develop your skills. This role also holds opportunities for continued career development.

Accommodation is offered with this role for the residence of the operative and family as part of the role and therefore the salary will reflect this.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour
