To support our team in London (UK) we are looking for a

Customer Care (m/f/d) - International road freight forwarding

Main responsibilites:

• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help to deliver the right resolution
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
• Develop future business with existing and new customers
• Data entry, data analysis and managing customer KPI's

Skills and requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• Structured and autonomous way of working
• Flexibility and Teamplayer
• Determination and stress resistance
• Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
• Very good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus
