Any Shift Pattern within the company contract

Hours:

38.45hr Week

Lunch Breaks:

Unpaid Lunch Breaks

Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses are desired.

The PRODUCTION OPERATIVE reports directly to the PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

The PRODUCTION OPERATIVE is responsible for the following:

• To mix / blend the raw materials to make the product to the customer formulation.

• To observe all related procedures.

• To ensure that the product of the process meets the requirements of both the product specification and the works order.

• To ensure that the product is properly identified.

• To ensure that the documentation is maintained which will allow tractability.

• Following established working practices and obeying safety rules and regulations.

• Maintaining good housekeeping.

• Ensuring any downtime is reported correctly.

• To work as a part of a team and to help out on other areas when possible.

• To work and follow risk assessments and SSoW procedures.

• To take samples for the Q/A department

• To wear all the correct PPE / RPE at all times and to obey all health and safety procedures at all times.

• To report any faults with machinery or products.

• Team working.

• FLT daily checks

• Driving FLT/Reach trucks

• Unload and load chemicals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.91-£10.00 per hour
