Role Overview & Responsibilities

Greensleeves is a family-run private home in Crawley and has been established in the region for over 20 years. In this time, we have built up a fantastic reputation for our care home thanks to the exceptional standard of care that we provide to our residents on noticed by CQC in our most recent inspection who awarded us outstanding.

We are a specialist ladies only care home, where we thrive on supporting our ladies to have a fun and fulfilling life and ensuring that the residents are at the heart of anything that happens here at Greensleeves.

As a care assistant, you will be:

• Ensuring that the residents are respected and listened to
• Making sure that a 5-star service is offered to all residents
• Have great communicational skills
• Be involved in developing and supporting the home to achieve outstanding
• Dedicate to involving the resident in as much of their care as possible.

Full-time: varying shift times, alternating weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.80-£11.80 per hour
