Role Overview & Responsibilities

Skilled Butcher required to work in a new farm shop within a busy coffee shop.

Duties include cutting and preparing meats as well as weighing, packaging, pricing and displaying products.

Dealing with suppliers, deliveries and customers. Adhering to food safety and sanitation control.

Must have knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £600.00 per week
