Multi Skilled Construction Worker Full Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Full time job based in Epping and working on sites mainly in Barnet, Enfield and North London.

Price work or PAYE – optional.

Driving licence required as company van is provided.

Must be proficient in basic carpentry and be willing to work overtime including emergency callouts for dangerous structures involving fitting acrow props and boarding up windows. All types of building work including schools, HMO conversions and extensions. You will be part of a team dealing with roof repairs, partition work, hoarding, board-ups, skirting, door hanging etc.

Must be willing to do long hours and earn good pay and target bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £120.00-£200.00 per day

• London South East, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• building and/or construction work: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
