Role Overview & Responsibilities

Graphic Packaging International – Bardon

We currently have exciting opportunities for you to join our team as a Production Assistant. Graphic Packaging International is the Carton Industry Leaders in Packaging and due to our ongoing expansion, we have new vacancies available.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Feeder and packing of printed cartons
• To undertake quality checks on work as it is produced
• To assist team leaders with their duties
• Carry out all duties in accordance with the standards required
• Perform other duties as directed by your line manager

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Good verbal and written communication
• Hardworking
• Excellent eye for detail
• Flexible
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
• Able to work under pressure

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Good standard of English, able to understand verbal or written instructions, able to complete all forms of required documentation, able to produce information as required, able to assist in the production of standard operating procedures and able to train others
• Good common sense, able to use everyday judgement to solve problems
• Flexible, reliable, punctual, good attendance

Hours of work -rotating 3 x 12 hours shifts - days and nights. (Will be explained at interview)
