Location: Swansea Area
Hours Per Week:Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Maintenance Assistant will:
  • Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
  • Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
  • Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
  • Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
  • Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
  • Management & replenishment of local site stock
  • Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
  • Sites Waste Management
  • Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
  • Patching & Painting
  • Overall site welfare duties
  • Will be comfortable working at height

About You

Essential

  • Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry

Desirable Criteria

  • Trade Qualification
  • Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Tasks
  • Current Full UK Driver’s Licence
