Role Overview & Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to recruit a Stations Programme Support individual who will be based at offices near East Croydon station.

In this role you will provide support to the Stations Programme Manager to ensure station programmes are delivered on behalf of GTR to the agreed timescales as indicated by the Dft , within the financial budget set out by GTR.

The key duties to this role are:-

  • Design, develop and edit project presentations, agendas, and other related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding the Station Reform Programme,
  • Co-ordinate the production of all reports and programme summary reports.
  • Track the risk and issue logs
  • Ensure robust communication processes are set up in accordance with the outlined governance structure.
  • Work with the Programme Manager to ensure all budget targets and programme deliverables are delivered.
  • Provide specialised administrative support for programme team.
  • Coordinate and arrange meeting and project materials for distribution as necessary.
