Job Title: Operations Improvement Manager

Location: Kings Cross East Side Office

Grade: MG3

Reports to: Head of Operational Improvement, TLGN

We are now recruiting an Operations Improvement Manager

As an Operations Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational and performance improvements across the Great Northern network and raising the bar on our customers' experience.

Using your strong analytical and project management skills, you will be responsible not only for identifying opportunities but also for translating them into tangible outcomes which are fully embedded and sustained longer term.

Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements ο‚·

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: -

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Internal partners will look to your leadership when it comes to productivity and performance. You will be a leader who engages, involves and who is able to create dynamic solutions that drive successful changes.
  • Excellent Project Manager skills
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills: You can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and get the best out of people.
