Role Overview & Responsibilities

Gorilla Events are looking for bar staff to join our casual events team.
Rate: £11.05 - £11.95ph (£12.38 - £13.39ph including holiday) depending on experience.

Job Summary
Gorilla Events are proud to provide bar operations to major UK events and festivals. We are looking for experienced bar staff to join a casual team, proving quality drink serves and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, passionate and efficient customer service.
• Pouring and serving quality drinks.
• Maintaining the smooth running of the bar.
• Other general bar duties, including keeping the bar clean.

The ideal candidate:

• Hard-working, motivated and a dedicated professional.
• Comfortably communicate and engage with customers.
• Able to work under pressure at busy times.
• Have ambition to succeed and be a team player.
• Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be given for the right candidates.

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
