Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Part-time hours / 15-22 hours per week

- Six months initially with potential to become permanent
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic sports facility in north London, in a newly created role as HR Assistant. The centre is conveniently located close to a tube station in north London and they need somebody to work flexible hours on a part time basis
About the role
- Part-time hours / 15-22 hours per week
- Flexible working
- Immediate start for six months initially with potential to become permanent
- Working with the HR Manager and assisting in a generalist capacity
- Would suit somebody studying towards CIPD qualifications
Duties will include
- Supporting with recruitment for various roles
- Updating employee files/records
- Onboarding new starters and issuing contracts
- Assisting with policy development
- Benefits admin
- Project support including introducing a new HRIS
About you
- Available immediatley for a part time role
- Some HR administration experience
- Ponfident at issuing and amending employment contracts
- Strong administrator
- Studying towards CIPD preferred
