Night Receptionist- Luxury Serviced Appartments

You’ll be working across 2 luxury hotels and serviced apartments based in the heart of London.

You’ll want to know what’s in it for you…

• Salary £25,000 to £26,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus
• 4 shifts per week, 20:30pm to 7:30am
• Additional £1,800 per annum benefits gross (which can be used for travel, gym, Netflix or anything you like!)
• 21 days leave per year, increasing up to 25 days with every additional year you work at the hotel and serviced apartments

As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all guests of the hotel and serviced apartments. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, maintaining positive relationships throughout every guest’s stay and responding to any questions and queries. As well as this, managing guest bookings, reservations and bills is a key part of the role.

You’ll be working 4 days per week, including weekends, on a rotational basis. Therefore, a level of flexibility is required. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a Night Receptionist and work for a company that truly values and cares for its employees.

You’ll be wondering what experience you need. This establishment is looking for a warm and welcoming Night Receptionist who has similar experience working in high-quality 4 or 5 star hotels and/or serviced apartments. As well as this, experience using Opera is a must.
