Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to manage all aspects of our 3rd party partners / contractors who carry out our customer fibre Installations.

If you are looking for a role in a key and highly visible function of a growing business where satisfaction and recognition can be gained from building and managing great partner / contractor performance, then we would love to discuss your approach and how you achieve this.

Overview:

Act as main point of contact for external contractor partners - contract management, performance management, back office management, commercial negotiations, onboarding, etc

Managing contractors to commercial agreements and KPI’s via regular service reviews and instigating service recovery plans where required

Translating commercial targets into business forecasts and installation numbers

Conduct monthly reviews of delivery and costs prior to financial sign off and payments

Administer changes via contract management system relating to Task Order / Commercial contracts

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience of external partner management

Our contractors are delivering customer fibre installations therefore previous knowledge and experience of FTTH / FTTP Networks - civils, build, fibre and installations work is highly desirable.

Experience of managing commercial negotiations with strong commercial acumen
