SIA Door Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable SIA Door Supervisor to join our team at Armstrong ESS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and ensuring customer and venue safety at many Events throughout the UK. You must have a valid SIA licence and be available to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional security services
• Ensure that all visitors and personnel to our events are monitored and managed in accordance with security protocols and procedures
• A willingness to carry out a variety of roles including being on our search teams to our response teams
• Record any incidents or accidents in line with company policies
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies
• Maintain a high visible presence and demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Temporary contract

Salary: £9.50-£12.50 per hour
