Gaucho is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join our Gaucho team in Covent Garden! The ideal Barback candidate will be eager to learn and want to grow within the company. You will need enthusiasm, energy and have the ability to work well within a team.

Hiring rate is £13.50 per hour including TRONC

Key responsibilities of a Gaucho Barback:

• Receiving Goods
• Stock rotation
• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule
• Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service
• To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
