Production Operative - immediate start

Role Overview & Responsibilities

gap personnel acting as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit a Production Operator on a temporary ongoing basis to one of our well-established clients based in Milton Keynes.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The site offers superb, modern production facilities and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will work closely with the shift leaders and senior management to ensure each product is prepared, packaged, and dispatched on time for customer delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Cutting, wrapping or packing of all products handled in the factory

· Carry out clean as you go duties

· Demonstrate the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistent operate to high standards of food quality and food safety

· Comply with company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Must be pro-active in your duties,

· Be able to work on your own initiative and work with others,

· Mechanical and practical ability,

· Demonstrates respect for other people

· A positive attitude to work

VARIOUS DAYS::

• 4 out of 7 days, 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00

RATE OF PAY:

• £12.50 - £13.35 per hour
