Trainee Pastry Chef
Galloway Patisserie

You will work as part of a team making high-quality desserts for a discerning client base.
You will be trained by experienced pastry chefs to the highest standards in both products and working practises.

• Small but well-established family business.
• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with very occasional requirement for Saturdays.
• 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
• Paid overtime when needed.
• All bank holidays off.
• Salary £18K to £22K, depending on experience.
• Applicants should have a catering qualification or some experience of working within a catering environment.
• College leavers welcome.
• Must be prepared to study for food hygiene certificates.
• Own transport essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
