Technical Coordinator - Residential Contractor

To work for an industry recognised, privately owned residential contractor with a long term pipeline of work in South London, Surrey and Kent, starting with a flagship scheme.

The project is a £55 million new build RC Frame with associated commercial space, community buildings and retail, delivering 200 new apartments to a high standard.

This role will be to take the lead of the deign , overseeing the deign programme, review drawing information, deliver value engineering solutions and develop relationships with supply chain.

Working with a growing company there are vast opportunities for progression and exploring modern and sustainable construction methods.

Salary and benefits are very good, with salaries often in line with London roles, car / car allowance, pension, healthcare, generous bonuses and up to 30 days holiday.
