Caretaker

Salary - £26k (FTE)

Hours - 30 per week

We are looking for an experienced Caretaker to join us! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and keeping up with the health and safety requirements of the building. You’ll also work with external contractors, such as cleaning companies, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met. You’ll be supported in your role by our Sustainability Project Lead, and have the opportunity to get involved in energy management, waste, procurement, and other areas.

This will include occasional weekend working and emergency call outs. The latter will be paid for at an enhanced rate.
