Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fries Love is an independent family business specialising in delicious Belgian, Japanese and Canadian fries, as well as Korean style corn dogs, accompanied by beer, wine and cocktails.

We love cooking and consider everyone when creating recipes by providing a wide range of vegan, vegetarian or meat lovers food, as well as no added gluten, dairy or other allergens.

We are currently looking for a part-time Front of House Team Member with excellent customer service skills.

Being a Front of House Team Member means you’ll be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, providing an excellent level of service, and acting as the first point of call for guests. Previous front of house experience is desirable but not essential. We will teach you everything you need starting from how to deliver the brand standards. You just need to show us that you are keen to learn.

Duties included, but not limited to engaging with our customers taking orders, preparing drinks, serving the menu items in a timely manner, and cleaning the tables, maintaining a clean working station whilst adhering to health and safety standards, and carrying out on a daily basis the cleaning plan.

The Individuals qualities we are looking for:

· Have previous experience of working in food business desirable but not essential

· Be flexible (work including weekends)

· Be able to demonstrate a kind, friendly nature

· Be a team player but be able to work on their own using their own initiative

· Be willing to learn and attend training
