Air / Sea Import Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air / Seafreight Import Manager for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The position is based in the Staines-upon-Thames area.

Job Description:-

• Overseeing the running of the Import department
• Management of a Team
• Completing customs entries (Air and Seafreight)
• Developing and maintain relationships with key customers
• Assist with building up the department
• Providing shipment updates
• Implementing strategies
• Monitoring client profit
• Need to work out of hours on occasions whilst department expands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Staines-upon-Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Air Import Supervisory: 4 years (required)
