Fox Morris are working with Bracknell Forest Council in relations to finding a Information, Advice and Guidance Officer to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

Information, Advice & Guidance Review

· Review, refresh and expand the existing information, advice and guidance offer aligning to revised policies and procedures, ensuring that we maximise opportunities across the system to access support in a more preventative and joined up way to help manage demand.

· To review and update format and storage of statutory and best practice policy and procedures Bracknell Forest Adult Social Care team must work to

Co-production:

· To support development of integrated Co-Production policy and procedures.

· To support and implement co-production approaches across Bracknell Forest

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Job Type: Temporary contract

Salary: £300.00-£350.00 per day

Experience:

• Service Improvement: 1 year (required)
• Data Analysis/Data Analysing/Analysing Data: 1 year (required)
• Adult Social Care/ASC/Adult Service: 1 year (required)
