Role Overview & Responsibilities

REMOTE Working

Fox Morris are working with Swindon Borough Council in relations to finding a HR Advisor to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

• the delivery of the Workforce and OD strategy supporting projects where required.
• the development of the HR team, through sharing expertise, and best practice and participating in team development.
• the regular review and revision of HR policies.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
