Corporate Estate Manager (Fully Remote)

Fox Morris Group are currently looking for Corporate Estate Manager in the Bedfordshire County Council

The Contract is long-term

Rates negotiable

What the Manager is looking for;

• Experience in residential development
• Knowledge of residential development
• Experience of commercial lettings processes
• knowledge of rural estates
• Have the ability to come to Bedford on the odd occasion

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £400.00-£500.00 per day

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
