Applicants are required to have one year experience in IT, preferably in a hotel environment. Applicants should also have a strong PC skills based on Microsoft operating systems and applications. An IT Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience.

• PC and network trouble shooting

• Backup systems configuration

• Operating system and application software upgrading

• Prioritisation of multiple requests and demands on a weekly, daily and hourly basis,

• Hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
