Festival/Events Grill Chef

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This role would suit a young, energetic person that wants to earn good money over the summer and likes camping. The candidate must have some experience working with grills and fryers but training will be provided

30-35 hour per week over the summer (weekends)

-Full time and part time. Working at various events in the UK mainly Thursday to Sunday

-Must be available to work weekends at major outdoor festivals

-Responsibilities include working bun and grills section cooking simple burgers- toasting buns and adding correct toppings and sauces. Cooking with fryers. Grill section, frying chips for front of house

-Preparing ingredients to company specifications

-Maintaining food safety management

-Opportunity to gain experience working for an independently owned events company.

Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
