Assistant Grower/Waterer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support our fantastic team of growers producing commercially grown bedding plants on a large scale. The job is very physical and requires a good level of fitness. We are seeking an individual who can work as part of a team but is also good working alone. We are mainly based on one site across approx 30 acres with a couple of smaller satellite sites. The candidate ideally would need there own transport due to the nature of the role and the location of the business. The Growing Team are required to work 1 in 3 weekends to ensure the plants are well looked after - additional bonus for Sunday work and overtime. We also provide necessary training and the opportunity to complete spray licenses and a qualification in horticulture if necessary.

Salary: £9.50 per hour
